Berry Bros. & Rudd

Britain’s oldest wine and spirits merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd is known for many things – two Royal Warrants, its warren of incredible entertaining spaces below their St James’s Street home and for being the preeminent experts on all things ‘fine wine’. But dig a little deeper and a fascinating story emerges; one of a company with over 300 years of history, but with a forward-facing vision that puts it in a league of its own. The family-owned business was the first wine merchant to have a website back in the early 90s, and then went on to set up the ground-breaking wine trading exchange BBX. More recently they opened their new shop at 63 Pall Mall – a wine lover’s paradise with over 1,000 bottles of wine.
